A work in progress and a dream to have published, this book will provide a space for people dealing with cancer, chronic illness, grief, trauma, and daily struggles to process big feelings through art making, using prompts and invitations to create and reflect on personal emotions and experiences. It is the guide I wished I had after my Stage IV breast cancer diagnosis, so I decided to make it myself in hopes to help others in similar difficult situations.
